Snow Mounds

They do things

a little differently around here.

When it snows, huge mounds of snow are

collected at intersections for disposal at a nearby creek.

Getting around them isn't so bad but it is kind of a funny sight.

They couldn't get away with this in Montreal! That's for sure. Could you

imagine all those Frenchmen walking around looking at these mounds

as if they were witness to a monolith that appears for the first time out

of nowhere. Like in Stanley Kubrick's 2001 Space Odyssey. Ha ha haa!
